:aagh:Hey, I did not say anything about it being a great deal, used stuff often goes for much less then advertised
I just saw it right after it was posted and wanted to give the forum first dibs, more then once I have been a day late or a dollar short on something I needed

Relax, it was more for the casual looker - so they knew they were overpriced. I wasn't slamming you.

Let me see...I sold my D44 Rubicon axles for $4k and had folks lined up to buy them. I sold them the same day I ran an ad on the forum.
Granted this was a couple of years ago but I don't know of any parts that get cheaper.
Axles + disk brakes + f/r lockers and locker support group + tax, all this for less than $1400 at the dealer????????
Anybody want make a bet???????
Tell you what I will do. Gonna get out today and I will swing by Airpark and find out. For everyone that posted "you can get them cheaper at the dealer" above this post, we can do a trail run or a M&G and I will pony up for a couple of beers or coffee for each of you...FAIR?

I could be wrong, but the ones on craigslist have electric/selectable lockers, and the quadratec ones you are showing have rubi lockers, which are not selectable, right?
Guy's getting Pro Rocks F&R.. pretty slick build up..
Rubi's have selectable lockers factory

Eh, Don you also have to remember that when the Rubicon TJ was introduced no one had seen anything like that before and had been screaming about it for a long time. Plus the dealers weren't selling them off the shelf at first and they were crazy expensive. Now with the JK running gear they decided to put them out right away and at prices that are better than what you can buy aftermarket for. I believe the JK 4:1 TCase is only about 950 from the dealer which is almost cheaper than you can get a 4:1 from Tera for a 231.

Nothing in the original post indicated that the "locker support group" was included.
I still stand by my original statement that these are overpriced. Seems like you're pissed off, is that your ad? Didn't mean to piss on anyone's wheaties, just expressed my opinion.

Yea, I said that is had been some years ago and yes Jack, you are 100% correct. Today it is worth less and that is one of the reasons why I sold mine.

It certainly implies that is is:
"Dana 44 Jeep Axles Font & Rear, 4:10/lockers complete.

You said: "You can get them cheaper new from a dealer....." and that is what I replied to. I do not beleive you can and I made an offer of a bet and you DID NOT take me up on it!
I think if anyone here is P'd its you, you make a claim, I called you on it and now you asking: "is that your ad?" No its not and if you had read my post you MIGHT have noticed that I sold them "a couple of years ago".

I guess you don't know me, so I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt. I am far from angry. Your tone here implies that you're angry - at least that's how I interpret it. I could give a rats *** either way.
As far as betting on it, it wouldn't be fair since I KNOW that I can get it all for much less than Quadratec charges. But you didn't know that I have connections so I didn't want to take your money and make you even more angry.
Relaxation is the key my friend.

All rubi's are selectable. JK's are electric and TJ's are air actuated.
Just saw the post above.

Speaking of $1700 D60's don't guess YOU will be selling a whole lot of those ProRocks anymore. Guess I won't have to send YOU anymore ProRock business either and you can MARK MY WORDS:drummer:
