I Searched But Found Nothing.
What's It Take To Break The Nut Lose?
I've Tried 1/2" Breaker Bar 24" Long.
Wd-40 & Liquid Wrench.
All Most Pulled It Off The Jack Stands.

When your giving it hell, hit the top of the socket with a hammer a few times. It worked for me.

I hear ya man, I had a heck of time getting mine off a couple of weeks ago.
I was able to get my floor jack under the breaker bar/wrench with it snug, then used the jack to lift the handle. This was after messing with it for over an hour using all kinds of stuff.
Good luck !

I usually use a breaker bar
with a cheater bar
and a decent size pipe wrench
take the pipe wrench around the yoke
and use the breaker bar with cheater bar and pull down never pull up when breaking something loose.

The day we ran Hell's Revenge in Moab there were some guys at Mickeys Hottub trying to get a yoke off a D44. They had a two foot breaker bar and some pipe, an impact running off a CO2 tank, and I think even tried to roll the jeep with the wrench on the ground to break it free. We ended up leaving before they got it off, but we offered and they tried just about everything we could throw at them. :skull:
Soak that baby down good with the liquid wrench if your quitting for the night...........

I had simular issues on my axle swap, the bolts that hold the unit bearings and the wheel nuts...I put 225 on them with a 2' breaker.......WD40 and some patients.....
I would use anti-seaze on all the bolts that are unprotected

Rick:
So did you end up with a bad front yoke causing your u-joints to continually fail?
Pick up some PB Blaster. It works better than Liquid Wrench, and much much better than WD-40. They sell it at NAPA, among other places.

X2. I just did this a few weeks ago. The cheater bar is the key. If you don't have any tube, use your jack handle as a cheater. If you haven't broken your breaker bar with the cheater, you haven't tried hard enough.
