So i decided to go to Therapy today (shooting) and go to my usual spot. its on your way to Montana Mountain near Queen Valley, nuff said. anways, im not the only person that knows about it, because there is left behind junk everywhere! and as i drove to my spot, there is a major water leak shooting into the air. some dummy decided to shot at a water pipe that just so happens to supply the Town of Superior its water.
Now it (water pipe) runs above ground next to some rail road tracks that i believe, are not in use anymore. hundreds of gallons of water just being wasted away, and as im looking at this, no more than five minutes out of my Jeep, guess who decides to pull up?.....talk about being at the wrong place at the wrong time. of course, im the only person there, my Jeep is loaded to the teeth with Guns and i just crapped my pants! Officer Law Dog pulls up and obviously thinks im the one who caused this. starts asking questions, tells me im on "private land" and starts throwing out these "Thousand Dollars Fines".........WHATEVER!!! so he asks for I.D., Im cleaner than a preachers sheets, i got NO Record, he comes back out, the I.D. tactic didnt work for him, so he asks if i had any guns, i pull them out, he asks me to open the chamber, i do, he sniffs them and he's got nothing. so he decideds to let me go, or as he put it "you need to leave, your own private land", which i have no clue what he's talking about, i didnt know the Tonto National Forest was Private.
so i left, found another spot and talked to my Therapist.........:2guns:

Sorry for the pictures being a little big, they were taken on my cell phone. one of the pictures you can clearly see "WATER" written of the pipe. the law dog said it supplies Superior its water. why would anyone be so some dumb and shoot at it?
Also, the last two, you can see all the water running down the road and in the background, Weavers Neddle.

Looks like that target set against the tree may have had something to do with it. Perhaps they, still dumb for putting it there, were shooting at it and it passed through to the pipe...?! Looks like a hefty pipe thought, may have been a "long rifle."

It is too bad. These irresponsible shooters are gonna get our land/trails taken away faster than the cycles/quaders.

Unfortunately, I feel you are correct. This goes hand in hand with irresponsible wheelers and other ilk that will cost us our privileges.

I agree too. It's one thing to leave things like clay pigeons and watermelons that will actually biodegrade and won't really harm anything. What really grinds my gears is when people bring out crap like full cans of paint, or when they shoot at the saguaros.
