SORRY FOR THOSE THAT FEEL LIKE IM POINTING THIS AT YOU. IM NOT HOLIER THAN THOU... IM MORE JACKASZ THAN THOU THOUGH THATS FOR SURE.
I just thought it would be a good time to bring up this safety issue.
I know there are a lot of seasoned wheelers that dont want to take the time to pull a strap. Ive done it myself too. It just gets dangerous when there are 5-6 guys hanging on a jeep, below the jeep on a waterfall or an incline or riding the hood over a ledge. Half the time the drivers cant see all of the people that are on the jeep.
Be smart... pull a strap. You can actually get the weight in the right spot that way.

Ive wondered if getting a spotters syn rope for this would be better...I guess it would since it gets ya a few more feet away...

Very good idea. I dont know how much weight one person can get on it though because comp rigs are usually a bunch lighter

Someones gotta be :D No running in the halls kyle! I didnt like letting people hang off my rig cause id hate the sport if someone did end up getting hurt hangin on my rig. I couldnt imagine any legal implications as well for allowing them to do so. Just thought this was a better topic than whos got a mall crawler :D

wonder if you could get a custom one made with multiple handles or handles with clips that would attach to knots along the length of the strap.

This is pretty freaking funny coming from a guy who took his pregnant wife out to Sycamore creek in the middle of a rain storm and ended up like this, with her in the passenger seat:
Not to mention you had your Jeep, what a year, before it became a beat up piece of crap taking up space in someone else's shop ?
Yeah, keep calling me names funny boy :)

I have to admit I laughed a little when I read this... it's like me telling people to slow down when they've got their rigs out on the trail... cuz you know, I'm careful like that.
