Just sharing,

Finished the Dodge 1500 straight axle conversion.:fashizzle:

We removed the independent suspension, installed:

1. Frt. HP D44 with highsteer, Dedenbear Knuckles, Alloy shafts, ARB
2. Custom 4-Link frt with King Coil-Overs with Res.
3. Custom Frt. & Rear Bumpers
4. The rear got new 65" springs, GM14 Bolt with Disk Brakes, & ARB, Bilstien shocks 5200's w/ res

5. Tires 37x12.50-17 Cooper STT's w/ new black steel mods wheels
6. Custom skid plates for gas tank/ t-case / transmission


Has 18" of total articulation travel on the frt. and 13" in the rear.

I like the rear bumper and how it comes up to protect the bed, I like something like that for a rear tire carrier when the time comes.

Yep, That beast took up alot of room, and it was just as much work as building a buggy.:smug:

Handles great also, Customer picked it up today and took it out by the shop and was haulin butt and taking some small jumps.:drummer:
