Long arm. You can always justify a car later when you lose more gas mileage. I think you need rk long arn though.

I voted to spend it on the jeep too :D If you buy a beater car for the same price as what a lift kit costs then you'll very likely end up pouring money into the beater just to keep it drivable. And all that good money would go to waste :D

I have asked myself somewhat the same question, I guess it depends on if it is your only vehicle. My Jeep is my only vehicle right now. I am still paying it off. I want to lift mine, and do all that neat stuff to beef it up, but....I know that if I do that the chances of me wrecking it while wheeling are greater, cause I will try stuff that is harder and has more risk. I have already messed my self up in that regard at Sycamore , thankfully I have good insurance and an angel that looks out for me! So for now I decided that I will leave mine alone, no mods, no more rock gardens or should I say BOULDER gardens...for me. But, If I could find a car that I could afford to buy to drive on the roads I would, then I would fix the Jeep up, if I did do damage on the trail's I have a back up. That is what I have decided. :mickey:
