I test drove a Jeep liberty with a diesel engine, I did not like it at all! You could hear that thing coming a mile away it was so loud. And it had a funny exhaust smell to it. Nothing against your choice Jason, but I will never own a Diesel anything!!!

You don't know what you're missing then... I'm just the opposite I'd buy a diesel in anything it's available in. Yeah, it's a bit louder but the torque band combined with the durability and fuel economy make it an easy sale for me....Oh, and I love the smell of diesel exhaust. :skull: Let's not get this thread off topic though... this thread is about how Jason is a bit, how shall I say, well..."different".

Well.........I did wheel the wifes liberty Last night...not last weekend?????


We went out to cut down aour X-mas tree and it was COLD and muddy. We had to take some slimy muddy FR trails off the main one to find the perfect tree! Well, it got slippery and I was very impressed what a stock liberty will do and scared because I had no help,recovery equip...food etc and we were 5miles off the main rd HWY 64......

The Crd did great not even close to getting stuck and we were sliding all over the place!!

Yes...Grand canyon

Maybe a Crd in the wrangler next...$15K if I do it myself:osama:


Most likely not....i'll just buy the 2010 CRD JK 4dr.....

Loud...Yes.....Makes me feel like I'm driving a Semi!

Whats wrong with a purple Shirt and tie?????? I don't get scared that easly...just when my family is far away from home and if something went wrong it could have been very bad...next time I will take my jeep..it will go anywhere! Not, that the liberty could not....
