Hey everyone,
When I'm keeping a steady speed (around 2k rpm) the bike sometimes misfires. It sounds like it is haveing a hiccup out the pipes.

The bike only started doing this after I put an accel coil and wires on it. Also am running split fire platum plugs. All the conections are tight and seams like it does it more after the bike has a chance to warm up.

Seams like I read somewhere that this can be caused by to small or two large of a gap. I'm still running the gap at 40, should I run it wider due to the extra power of the coil? Anyother ideas?

Otherwise the bike run exelent.

I got similar results with the split-fire plugs, but it was in a Pontiac Trans-am. Did you keep your old plugs? Easy way to troubleshoot would be to work backwards, starting with the easy stuff.

tryed the plugs.. It only got worst. Am starting to think it could be in the carb. Used Lucis injector and valve cleaner adittive, think I might have knocked something loose and into the mid range jet.??????
