View Full Version : It looks like.... damn a CRACK!

I am in need of help...

yeah... I ran a search and came up empty handed...

The rear window on my soft top is cracking... it wasn't there
before Friday but its there now :snobby:

I would say the spot is between a quarter and half dollar in
size...

Does anyone know what I can put on the window as a patch to
keep it from cracking all the way through?

go to walmart, buy the clear see through plastic in the fabric section...

the plastic name has skipped my mind at the moment...

then use hot glue or such and glue the newly bought plastic over it as a temp fix.

Temp fix... what would I have to do for a perm fix?

Replace the whole window?

Rox, They are all over E-bay and craigslist for about 50 bucks. Joe might even have one down at the shop, I would give him a call and find out.

Walt and I were just talking about Joe and needing to see him
tomorrow for parts... yep My Green Jeep is eating parts again :banghead:

I would love to shoot the person that put the lift on My Green Jeep... no
guys... it wasn't Joe nor was it Topless Custom 4X4, she came with the
lift...

Tell Joe I will see him tomorrow :)
