Here is how our OX Lockers are set up:

The shifters are installed on our stock center console. The driver's side lever engages the rear, the passenger side lever engages the front. They are both disengaged in this photo. O is for Open, X is for Lock:

Notice the factory-look install done by PMI Offroad (no longer in business):

The cable coming out of the front diff around the coil:

Here is how the front cable feeds under the center console (the thinner cable is my suicide cruise-control):

Here is the rear cable feeding into the tub through a drilled hole next to the emergency brake cable which is right behind the center console:

This is a Super 35 rear-end and stock D-30 front. The billet steel diff covers come with the OX kit. This set-up has performed flawlessly on our Jeep.

Nice write-up. How long have you been running OX lockers?

George,
Thanks for the write-up & pictures. I'm really liking the simplicity of the Ox. Nice, clean install, too! I never knew the letters on the diff covers were reflective until we followed you home from Battleaxe Trail in the pm. Sharp!

I have been looking into getting locked within the near future, but can't decide which way to go. Let me ask you...why did you choose the OX over the other lockers out there?

Thanks,
Adam

The locker it self terron is rough 750... then you will need the cable I believe for the front you'll need the 60-70 inch cable... those are usually 100.00

Then cost of installing the locker between 250-350

I chose OX Lockers b/c of the simplicity of the design; no compressor, no air-lines, no electrical connections & you get excellent Billet Steel Diff Covers.
