OK, I will say right up front that I am beggeing so some can go on and read other threads!!!! It is understandable that they want cash for upgrading their stuff too and no hard feelings!:)

Pastor Jay live in the Prescott Valley area and runs a Coffee House Church. Does not make a lot of money and has 2 kids....one being a teenage daughter....get the picture.!!

He has a TJ that they like to wheel when possible but it is BONE STOCK!

It is a 2001.
First he needs a soft top, his is about gone. The sides are falling apart and it just does not hold together any longer. This part is critical as the weather up there is getting cold. I prefer to find a free one, but if you want a few bucks for a brew, I can see what we can do, let me know!

Second is upgrade parts, anything you have that could be used on the above Jeep to help him wheel, from tires up, as you can see, it has to be better than what is there

Biggest thing here is, Pastor Jay has NO IDEA of this request. He is not asking for a handout, we are asking for help to allow him to continue something fun. His daughter got to wheel the Jeep for the first time this weekend at our Jamboree and she had a blast. We would like to see him able to keep coming out with us

Thank you for reading.

Bill

BTW, we have some Fab capabilities at a friends in PV, so , if you have older offroad bumpers or sliders that need a little repair or adjustment, that is cool too. We have a welder, plasma cutter and tube bend and almost enough skill to actually use them!

Bill, I'll look around this weekend. I think I have a Olympic off road rear bumper and some other stuff.

Well, all I have are some factory shocks with 15,000 miles on them. I also have some stock control arms. Nothing after-market, but all pretty new if you need to replace worn shocks or arms because of the bushings. If I come across anything else, I'll be sure to grab it and let you know.

I have used 33x10.50x15's on factory 15x8 alloys. Tires are BFG AT's with some hard use, but still about 50% tread, no leaks, and plenty of life for the average user. We were about to list them on ebay. They look like this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/FACTORY-ORIGINAL-15-JEEP-WRANGLER-WHEEL-RIM_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ43955QQihZ002QQitem Z120179349438QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW

Pair those with a set of 2" used spacers--I probably still have some of those, too. I will throw in some used factory shocks or really used Rancho 5000's.

$200 takes all. Come pick it up in Sedona.

I may have some more used tops coming out of storage--waiting to see what we need to finish Moab TJ's.

I am on the trail for the next couple days--call me if you want them (928) 274-0570
