RE 5.5 FRT coils for 4.5"

I have a set of nearly new 5.5" front RE coils. They are in my jeep now. I would like a set of 4.5" coils. New or used is fine by me!! I have my fenders and all cut and the 5.5's are just to big right now...

Are they currently installed on your rig? If so, what do they measure from top to bottom (installed). I have the 4.5's and have been thinking about the 5.5s...

I will measure for you this evening. EXACTLY what measurment is if that you would like? From top of coil to bottom of coil with the weight of the vehicle on it? If so, keep in mind that my front end is fairly light. I have no winch or front end accessories and also have the 4 cyl eng., so if you have the 6 cyl and accessories it will vary a little. Will post back tonight for ya though!

That will be fine. I do have the 6 cyl and a winch but at least it will give me an idea...

Tom... I measured from the very bottom of the first coil to the very top of the last coil. It is sitting right at 19".

Out of curiousity, what do yours measure? Like you said, it will give me a good idea!

Mine measure almost 16". My front springs may be the 3.5"s...
