I am calling on all humanitarians, spirtual or not. I have a best friend that was in a serious accident on October 29th. His vehicle rolled over on the I-17 just outside of Anthem and he was ejected from his truck. He as of now is currecntly paralyzed from the neck down. He has a wife ( Kendra) and a daughter (Shelby). He is just recently self employed as he lost his employment as of a few weeks earlier. I have been helping along in building his business and he has been a self motivator himself. He works usually about 10-12 hours daily to support his wife and child. His wife is a stay at home mother and has been since the birth of there child three years ago. They have no insurance and no savings to live off of. I am trying very hard to gather up any way to help him and his family with donations for a benefit auction, bake sale, or any other suggestion would be great. We will be doing this at Pioneer ranch just off of I-17 and Pioneer. I am also selling my 91 XJ to help pay for the mortgage on his home. The benefit at Pioneer Ranch Village time will be posted later when we have gathered enough together to help. There is a benefit account set up in his name at Wells Fargo, account number 64524723040. It is under Christpher Carson or just Chris Carson benefit and donation fund. I apologize for offending anyone with this if I have. He is worth all of the trouble and any bit of help. If you would like to know more personally about him and his family or the situation or how or where to donate, you can contact me at any time at 602-515-6901. My name is Matthew
Thank you so much in advance for your help and prayers. Also thank you for taking the time to read this as well.

I don't have money to offer, but have a place for his wife and child to stay, if they are forced out of the house, or if they need a baby sitter.
If anything else, let me know..
I also am deeply sorry to hear about your friend, tell them to keep their heads held high, and stay positive... things will come around for them.

Anything always helps, I just got off the phone with his wife and she said he came conscience. He was asking his wife about wanting to have a bbq as soon as he gets out and to invite everyone to come after he finishes up his landscaping in his yard. So Ihave found one more thing to help. Maybe a donation while he is there to come home to it completed. So even time given is great to finish. I will have a picture up of him and his family soon. Thanks so much ofr the prayers and help to give.

My prayers will be for him. 15 years ago, my wife was ejected from our SUV at Rock Springs on I-17. Broken neck, C3 in 2 places, broken hip, ruptured spleen. Had to have an emergency spleenectomy, and they told me when the inhibated her, they would probably paralize her for the rest of her life. Surgery went well, and she was in a halo brace for 5 months. Full recovery. Miracles DO happen. Hopefully another one will with your friend.

x2, you should have a JEEP wash! I am sure you'd get us to turn out, I would come!
Sorry to hear about your friend...
Matthew,
I hope your friend recovers quickly. It sounds like you've gotten a bunch of irons in the fire. Please keep me posted, as to what develops. Whoulda thunk that I would run into you here, with a post like this.
Be well, Matthew and let me know what I can do. Stepping up and selling your XJ is a great gesture (It has a 6" RE LA lift on it folks and some big Tars).

Thanks David,
He is a real good friend. I hated to see him last night like he was. It tears my heart to see a friend who works and loves his family so much. He just gave up all his saving to start his new business two weeks ago. His wife was supportive to do and now they just have hopes. If you know anyone who wants this please pass it along. I think as we have talked I am being very fair n the price. I have put a lot of money and work into this and it is worth selling for sure now if i can help pay his mortgage another month.
Thanks again Dave.

So sorry to hear about your friend. What business is he in? How can we help with it?
What yard work needs to be done? Does he have ANY insurance for his injuries? Does he have medical insurance? If we could get a little more info, it would be easier for people with the right resourses to get involved. What about family?
We'll do what we can.

Wow! I haven’t been on the web page in couple of days. I am both shocked and sorry to hear about this. I don’t have much in the way of money to donate at this point but I can definitely help out in other ways. If he needs any work done, I would be glad to help. Please let me know.

Does his homeowners insurance cover emergency disability. What about any credit cards. Alot of them have built in coverage like debt forgiveness in situations like this. Alot of folks have these benefits but rarely know about them. Sorry to hear about your friend. I am willing to donate any free time I have. Keep us posted.
