I was looking for custom paint job ideas online, and stumbled across this. It's certainly out of my skill range, but with the right know-how, it might be a little cheaper than the Brute. Plus you aren't stuck with what AEV thinks looks good. I thought it was worth a thread to see what youse guyse think.

Guess it is a matter of opinion... that one is cool, but I think the Brute is more aesthetically pleasing. Also, the Brute would probably better at holding a load of gravel, etc.

Tube FTW!! I like it better. You could always skin it if you wanted the bed look. I dont see why they dont stretch it further. 5" isnt much. at least take it to 104 or so.

That yellow jeep is stretched way more than 5". The cab enclosure is almost double of the brute. The brute sits on a 116" wheelbase and you can customize a brute by purchasing the cab enclosure and top seperate without the frame stretch or bed.

No, it's not a Scrambler - this is a 2002 Jeep Wrangler TJ stretched 5" at the wheelbase and with a 4' steel pickup bed...
