It looks like Mopar will be teaming up with Rubicon Express to offer their 4.5" Long arm kit for the JK with full warranty protection.

I doubt that there will be that big a markup over RE's $3300 normal price but we shall see when it comes out.
There is no markup between the Mopar CAI (which is made by K&N) for the Hemi, vs. the K&N CAI for the Hemi.

Having a warranty would be pretty awesome. Does anyone know if it is installed at the factory or at the dealership? If it is installed at the dealership, I wonder what kind of training the techs would have to go through. I don't think I would want just anybody installing. I would prefer to have it setup by someone who knows what they are doing.

It supposedly will be installed at the dealership. :-/ I hope they don't bust any bolts (and not replace them) in the process of doing it.

The best thing to do is ask around, like we do for everything else. There are only two dealerships I have dealt with so far in the state that I would trust to do something like this: Oxendale and Airpark. In fact, they have been doing it already, just in the "grey area" of DC's blessings. Now they can come out! :D

Thanks Nina.....
Heres pics I took, its the RE LA 4.5" for the JK..very shocked that Mopar would do what they said they would void in the past???? I would also say that the kit will be more because it has a Mopar 3/36 Warranty on parts and labor if dealer installs, if customer or shop installs just on parts...Very impressive.....A lot of lift for a jk!

I am guessing around $6-$7K for the upgrade. And that is only the lift! Rims and tires, gears, etc +++$$$$$!

We charge $3,000 for a 3" Jk Tera flex lift Installed, the new 4.5" lift would sell for $3500-$4000....Installed $5K....Seems about right
Labor and parts coverd for 3/36.......Nobody can beat that!
Yes, you will be banned next....
