Hello.

We just bought a Jeep and we have done alot of off roading but with a truck. We used to own a jeep several years ago and decided we needed one again. We would like to find a Jeep club to join in or near the NW Valley. We live in Surprise and want to get off raoding but would like to find other people to go with..

THanks
Lin and Dana

Welcome in, my group is in far east Mesa, sorry, but enjoy the guys that are in that area and the good wheeling over there.

When you want to step up to some Great wheeling, slip on over to our side and try Florence Junction!

You don't have to trek all the way over to Mesa to wheel with members here, we have a bunch that wheels the White Tanks regularly.
Welcome to the forum, tell us about your Jeep, that's why we are here, to share information. Post up some pic's if you can figure out how....

Welcome Lin & Dana,

That there is a purdy Jeep! I'm sure you'll find lots of folks to run trails with out that way. We've only been out that far west a few times but there are some fun places to explore. I don't know how far you are from Wickenburg, but there are also some neat places up there.

Anyhow, welcome & have fun!!

Hey, welcome! we are west valley folks too and there are some good places to go out on our side. I know it's fairly standard, but the Charles Wells AZ backroads book is very helpful, and watching the threads in the trail run area will tell you more than looking at the Calendar. Most folks will post a run in there and plan it, instead of publishing it as a "group run". There are also a couple of other clubs out on that end as well, but most are members here too. This is a great site to stay connected to.

So, welcome, nice ride, and maybe we can do some wheelin' some time soon!

The Jeep trails are acessed from the South end of the White Tanks, enter from Watson road going North. We are running a few trails out there this Saturday, for more info. check out this thread:

Don't be afraid to join in, We take special care of Yellow Jeeps.... (insert evil laugh here)
There are plenty of dirt roads and sandy washes to play around on out there, but it's always a good idea to take another jeep and lots of water, sketchy cell coverage.....
