I hope no one views this as spam, I am just trying to help this cause. IF some one could sticky this that would be awesome.

The Salem High School Machine Trades Program is raffling off Project Shop Krawler. The TJ based competition rig was built buy high school students as part of an ambitious project to curb drop out rate, get students interested and raise money to purchase a CNC Milling Machine for the shop.
Raffle Tickets are $20 each or six for $100 and can be purchased online at http://www.schooljeep.com/ or by mailing a check or money order payable to Salem High School to:

Salem High School Machine Trades Program,
Attn Matt Peters
1200 East Sixth Street
Salem, OH 44460

We are only selling a total of 3000 tickets for this rig. Once 3000 are sold we will sell no more. Unfortunately ticket sales have been slow and we still have about 60% of the tickets left and only one month to sell them as the drawing will be held December 1st. WE NEED YOUR HELP! This could be the best Christmas present you ever get for yourself. The rig was featured in Crawl Magazine and has competed for two years in Uroc and WeRock. Even if you are not interested competing or having a dedicated trail rig keep in mind that the majority of the components in this rig would be a bolt in swap into a TJ Wrangler. Help keep this program alive and get people interested in four wheeling! To visit the site click on the picture below.

Wind Danzer, you should have stopped by and said hi. I was in Houston competing. I was the spotter for the rig in question. I don't know if I will make it to Phoenix any time this year.

I wish I was going to Moab this year but I doubt that I will make it out. We will see.

Sorry man, didn't realize that was you. :(

My friend was judging those courses, I was on the large course to the right of the C's on the first day so I had a good view point on small breaks and watched from above.

Honestly I have no problem with this thread. It's a good cause. Not spam around here and will net someone a good looking rig.

Nice work guys. :D

I am glad that it was well received. Some one will definitely get a well built rig whether they compete with it or just trail ride it. I did get the chance to wheel it a few times and it is much eaiser to wheel than my CJ! :D

I just wanted to let everyone know that on Saturday we drew the winning ticket for the School Jeep. The ticket number was 1418 and the winner was Michael Obrien from Roseville, California. We have been in contact with Michael and he is very excited about bringing the School Jeep to new territory and wheeling it on the West Coast. On behalf of the Salem City Schools Machine Trades program Shopteach and I would like to thank everyone for their contribution to our cause. Thanks again and have a great holiday season!
