TJ Rock Light mounting?

Hi All,
Just wondering where everyone mounted there rock lights to get them to shine on the sides of the TJ between the front and rear tires?

I have some that are mounted underneath but they do not light up as much as I would like. Im having a hard time finding a location on the passangers side..

J, I am confused... You want them to shine on the ground right? I know that sounds dumb but per your verbage above I am unsure what direction you want them to shine... I too am mounting rock lights and looking at all options!

I had power to the lights as I was trying to find a place for them on the Jeep. That way you see how/where the lights are going to shine. I only have three lights two of them are placed on the frame just before the body mounts pointing forward. The third is underneath the jeep right by the transfer case pointing down at the rear axle.

i have two sets on my tj, i mounted one set on the bracket for the front fenders, right behind the front blinkers, up high so that the tire cant reach them. The other set is actually right behind the front tires, on the flat part on the very front of the floor pan, shining back towards the rear tires. they are just cheap sets from autozone, it will be hard to crush them but if i do it is a cheap fix. i mounted the passenger side just like the drivers side. the work great!!! i can get pictures if you need them.

Hey, I just put in 4 on my jeep. I concur with mounting two right on that metal that holds the wiring for your blinkers, works great. I was out of it when I was trying to explain;)

I have the ground of the front axle light up like bank one ball park, the ground in front of the rear axle is light up like the sky on the 4th.
My issue is, the groung behind the front tires about half way back and the ground behind the rear axle.. I really like the rocker mounted spot I might try that one
