Question for LEOs

I have a question for you LEOs out there,
Are tracer or Incendiary rounds illegal?

I'm not an LEO.

You'll find that they are illegal in certain places. I'm not sure if it's state trust land or federal land, but they are illegal in one of the two. There was a thread on it at http://www.arizonashooting.com/forums/index.php Do a search over there, and you'll find the info that you're looking for.

In the State of AZ they are legal. However, you CANNOT shoot them on Forest Service Land. Have not checked into BLM. And there is NO target shoot on State Trust Land. Really the only places left is private property, and you still need to observe the fire restrictions.

Not legal for hunting game from what I remember.
