So yeah im sleepin in ****, next minute I wake up thinking I have a bloody nose(im sure we all know what that is like in the middle of the night). So I wake up stumble into the bathroom to look at myself in the mirror, barely can see whats going on. Well looks like to me there is this little hole right before my nose well the inner part that wont stop bleeding!! So I was like wtf, I remember I had one of these before!! So I grabbed my camera and started to film, I was trying to hold still but thats kinda hard when your half sleep. So yeah any body know what it could be??

Dude.... we got the point.... LOL! were you pickin your nose in your sleep? you might have scratched it n made it bleed... or if you had a pimple there it might have been accidently scratched.... the nose is very vascular. lots of tiny veins wich makes it bleed like crazy if irritated/scratched/punched/maimed....picked....! i wouldnt worry too much. just a flesh wound... :eek:

do you have styptix? keep pressure on it. dont let up for a while. kinda pinch the middle of the inside of your nose. are you on any blood thinners? alcohol?

Aside from pressure, try to put some ice on it
and hold it as long as you can..

If it keeps on bleeding you may want to go to an Urgent Care
and have it looked at...

styptix is a chalk like stick that barbers use to stop bleeding when they cut you when shaving w/ straight razor. its pretty cheap, you can get it at walgreens or any drugstore.
it burns like a mofo but works like a charm

I had something similar to that on my leg. Kept bleeding for hours.

Next time I knocked the scab off it bled for so long I had to go to the doctor. He ended up cauterizing it to get it to stop bleeding.

Well it finally f***** stop!! I just put ice on it for a minute straight til part of my nose was number and squeeze the **** out of it. I wonder what the hell it was? Maybe im just stressed out! Lol

Its just a blood vessel very close to the surface. That area of the skin is full of blood vessels and flows a little too much to clot easily. Not to worry mate.

If that just happened once I wouldnt worry too much. If it happens a lot there are several things that can cause it. I had a polup in my nose that would do that. Had it removed!

If it happens again put pressure to stop. Get it checked next time you visit your doctor! A surface blood vessel or polup can be removed in the office most times! High blood pressure can cause nose bleeds!
