It's for a 2005 Auto. I don't recall that it makes a difference?

I am not shure about this new but the older ones had different lengths of input shafts for different combos

I was thinking the auto 231j had longer input shaft not 100% sure though. I know the 231d auto has longer input shaft than 231j standard if that helps any.

I can measure the one I have if you need. It is also not to big of a deal to swap out the input from yours if it is different. Disclaimer:: it does require more or less complete dissasembly of the transfercase

Okay, the part numbers are different for the 03-06 automatic, so I guess that is what I am looking for. I would like a bolt in--we have one we can rebuild if necessary, but trying to avoid that. The one I am replacing has no recognizable parts left.
Wow! I thought there would be piles of these things laying around!
Thanks, guys! Keep it coming!

Best deal I could find was brand new from DC! Well, at least I won't have to worry about it.
Thanks for everyone's input! :)
