We have many highly qualified techs that are trained to use that machine. Eric is a jack of all trades and he learned what was a techs job to make all of ours easier with less redtape. Maybe I'll learn how!!!!!!!

Sucks about your friend. It's funny how having someone you can count on
at work is great. My buddy David came up for some service on his car from Tuscon today. We were in sales on the same team at Legends. Funniest guy on earth and the reason I was able to work 15 hours a day stress free because I was to busy laughing to give a crap about the car biz drama. He moved when he got married and the job just wasn't as fun. I left Legends shortly. Heres wishing you a happy birthday and hoping Eric finds a better gig.

I know what you mean Doug.....The days will be longer and my Job a lot harder...I feel that I can work through it....as "the grass is not greener on the other side....just a different shade"
