I live in Havasu. Does it matter what county? It's really a simple case... I just want to make sure I have all my ducks in a row.

Story goes like this...13 year old son lives with me. Sent him to ex for a year when he was 8 years old. Ex-wife is a deadbeat that lives in North Dakota. She put him on her welfare as soon as he got there, even though she swore she could provide for him. Pawned his DVD player and Gameboy, I have it documented that her boyfriend used to beat on my son and she did nothing. She stole my identity to defraud the local utility company and the trailer owner. She has a judgement against her for the unpaid medical expenses due to my son's medical condition that she has never paid on since the day she left when he was a year and a half old. The judge also ruled that she was to begin paying the half of his uninsured medical going forward (even though it's already in the divorce papers)... She hasn't paid a dime of either in 6 months.

Basically I want to seek full custody and child support (and the continued payment of half of the medical). I want her out of my son's life, as she never does anything but bring him anguish.

Hmmm. I wonder if AZ would extridite her for the deadbeat parent law... She needs to be held accountable.
