Does it still retain the stock lip of the fender where tires usually rub?> The side part of the metal fender where the plastic fender bolts onto (think bushwaker).

I like the flat fender style on the JK. I saw those on the cover of the latest Quadratec catalog... harkens back to the old flat fender designs. I like.
