just got home noticed high pitched squeak from engine bay.
changes with revs.
fan isnt rubbing.
no idea what it could be.
wasnt doing this last night when i adjusted the headlights.
im on pitched ground now though.
gonna wait for it to cool off move it to flat ground and then listen for it.
any ideas?
going to BA tomorrow and its kinda worrying me.
+ on a 93 sahara where the hell is the fog light switch?!?!?
i have tried everything i can find!
i think they must just be burnt out.
can anyone help?

Fan belt? Squirt some WD40 on the belt to see if it stops.

You could also use bar soap on belt to see if that is what is making noise. Spray oil on idler pulley bearing.

one of the things im doing today in preparation is new belt.
dosent sound like a belt though.
more like a metal to metal thing.
im doing belt.
thermostat.
and fan clutch.

That would be my guess. Pull the old belt off and give it a whirl, it will be obvious if it is bad.

pull the end of the hi-beam switch out... towards the door

fixed it.
changed water pump.
thermostat.
belt.
fan clutch.
greased idles pulley.
now radiator has pin hole leak.
anyone have any tricks or goos to limp it along for a month maybe?
thinking about a griffin radiator.
broken parts are just chances to upgrade, right?

Someone told me one time to put pepper in it for small leak. Bars leak works well, but them you have all that crap in system.

sent girlfriend to checker for leak stop before i showered.
have lots of little cuts from the radiator now.
fast orange burns.
but it dosent get hot. and no more squeak.

The bad thing with that stop leak stuff it it cloggs raidiator. Sure it stops the leak, but it also cloggs the find and builds up in the block.

when i move to a griffin ill do multiple flushes.
stuff worked well though.
no leak sat at in-n-out got about 15 min waiting for them to kill the cow and never got above 210.
what i did seems to have made alot of difference already.
next is tranny output seal and t-case input and outputs.
