I am trying to view/download a picture in the test folder from Stu and I get this:

I believe Joe turned off attachments, so you can not view the attachments people uploaded to the server. They need to go back and use the image tags, www.whereyoupicislocated.com

Nothing. There was a change to the BBS that makes it so you can no longer upload pics to threads. Instead, you must post them somewhere on the net and use the IMG tags to show them. Images take up a lot of server space, especially if people do not trim them down.
The downside to this is that previously uploaded pics may not be accessible anymore.
