Any idea how to fix that?

repaint. oxidation due to clear coat failure. usually happens on horizontal surfaces first

I think you're done... time for some new paint. Keep in mind there's not many paint experts on this forum as most of us have the goal in life to abuse our paint as much as possible. :) ...but yeah, it's oxidized... time to start over. But then again I'm about the worst painter on the forum so don't take my advise. :o

I was an auto painter for over 10 years. What you have is called "checking". It is down to the sealer. You need to strip it down to bare metal, etch that metal and seal it prior to paint. Sorry, but if you sand it partway down and prime it then pain over it, it will come back soon and will be visiable through the new paint. Go to a good paint shop, not Quicky $199 Paint Pros.

After hearing what all it would take to fix, ill probably just leave it. unless i feel the urge to do it myself(that would be an adventure).

Yeah, it's a jeep... I might consider one of those cheap Maaco specials on a Jeep... who cares if it's crappy and starts peeling in a couple years? ;)
