This morning, Thursday 8/23, Chris and I went on a bicycle ride out east of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. On the ride we saw two jeeps that looked a bit unused, maybe even neglected. Both were blue. The first was a J10 up on a towing type trailer, the kind that mounts just the front wheels. it had a topper on the back. It is not known to be for sale. The second is for sale. It is an XJ with a blade on the front. The body is rusted in the back. There is a for sale sign in the windshield area "$600 and a phone number". If there is any interest in these admittedly geographical undesirable jeeps, I can get photos and phone numbers. They are about 2000 miles from Phoenix, about a 2.5 day drive. I thought the price for the XJ with the blade was pretty good(what do I know?). I also thought that some of you hard core wenchers....errrr.....wrenchers might be interested. I bet the XJ could be had for less than the $600 price on the sign. At this point this is about all the information I have about these vehicles but I can get phone numbers so you could call and ask all the questions you want. Should you choose to come up here, I have a travel trailer with a couple of beds you could use for the "turnaround".
