any ideas on getting it to fit?

i got a plastic/rubber boot for my 10# CO2 tank. see it here (http://www.offroadairstore.com/servlet/Detail?no=33) i cant get the thing to slide over my tank. any ideas? thought about getting it hot in some hot water to make it more pliable...

i've always had good luck with getting plastic soft in hot water. also try lubbing it up with some alcohol or something that will flash off

are all 10# tanks the same size? i still cant get it over the bottom. i got the botthom sleeve warmed up and really soapy. still no luck.

i got mine from a beverage supply store so its not the powertank. any other suggestions?
