I just started to fab these for all you people that are into making your own bumper or would like to start. I was searching around the different sites that sell them and wow the shipping can be expensive:eek: . Im using 2 1/2" wide, 5/8" thick flat bar, cut at 4 1/2" long. These are cut to 4 1/2" long so you can weld them through a 2" bumper. Every clevis tab is drilled with a 1" hole for 7/8" shackle pin. All clevis tabs come with grinded squared ends so you can grind the curve the way you want it. I can also cut them shorter if you would like to surface weld them. A pair of raw metal clevis tabs are $20.00
Pm me if your interested.:D

pretty damn good price for a set. most places are charging 25 each for them. Could you cut them down and shape them for the ones taht dont wanna do the work? Would that change the price?

I guess I could, but it takes all the fun out of grinding! Lol :D
Sure I could leave them cut at the corners or grind em smooth! Add 10 bucks to the pair if you want the ends to be cornered or I can just cut them and let you finish them.
