I gather you have a lease on a house or apartment?

I am a realtor but this is my home for sale.

There are ways to break those, depending on the lease purchasing a home can be one.

Sometimes there are ways to get out of a lease and pay a penalty.

At times amounts to 1.5 times the rent, depends on the contract.

On a typical loan on a house the first payment isn't due untill about 45 days after you move in, and it is possible for you to get into my house for no down if you get an 80/20 loan and I help with closing costs.

Let me know if you have a rental lease and I can run it by the owner of the real estate company I work for part time and see what our options are.
