Ok, I am interested in maybe doing my own paint job on my rig ... I want it to be a camo pattern. Does anybody have any suggestions on who I could talk to about doing this. Meaning, the stenciling and applying the paint with clean lines. I am still deciding on the colors, and have always liked the camo look. Maybe a couple of people who know what they are doing would agree to a "painting party ????? :D :D :D

Check out this link.http://www.houtsenterprises.net/dur_desertmirageflage.html I am not sure how big the stencils are but if you did one section at a time you would have, by far, the coolest Jeep paint job on the planet! By the way, the Dura-Coat paint is Sherwin Williams auto paint.

Call over at the National Guard or ask Amber Hodge if she knows who the motorpool officer is. Ask if they do their painting on site. Tell them what you want to do.
There is in fact a stencil setup for camo on mil vehicles.

Its really easy to do it yourself.
Do you want the three color NATO,the 4 color MERDC,Australian, new Russian?
The good paint is from gillespie coatings.
you can get rattle cans from RAPCO out of TX.

The old school desert camo would be SWEET! But a PITA to do.

I'm partial to the Advantage Max-4 camo -- maybe with a slight green tint to it. http://www.reelfootcustomcamo.com/

I dont see anything in pictures, they must be camoflage.:D :D Sorry I had to, I think it is pretty cool idea. The only bad thing is losing your jeep in desert. I have a friend that bought camo 4 wheeler and close to sundown he jumped off and followed deer for little bit. It took him like six hours to find his 4 wheeler in the dark. He is pretty air headed though, but very funny story.
