Yet another flat fender build...

A good friend of ours and former employee of 4WS was left a 1945 MB after his grandfather passed away. So Simon, Aaron and I tore into this thing like Monster Garage a few weekends ago and a 100% complete flattie was torn to bolts and nuts in about 5 hours. :) But one thing really caught my eye and wanted to share. This MB came out of Alabama and they really needed bump stops!!! :)

The guy pays for PSC components and then invests pennies in some HVAC zip ties for suspension??? :eek: I'm hoping that this was just to get him back to the trailer. But, then again, I've never heard of a U-bolt snapping on the trail :confused:
