Coke Oven's May 12th

We are meeting at Vineyard Church on 63rd ave and peoria at 5:45 am leave by 6:00 am
This is a "Church Group"
We are going to run up to the coke Ovens. A long trip but should be a fun one

Has something changed? Last I heard was the owner of the land the ovens are on wanted it closed. From what I hear people have taken down the signs but his intention is the same. Any one? Sandee?

Here we go again...

The land the ovens is on is still private poperty and off-limits. You can still run the trail, get to within viewing distance of the ovens (few hundred yards away) and drive down to the river crossing without crossing private property boundaries. Just don't drive up to the ovens themselves.

I Dont Plan on crossing into the private property. Just want to go on a trail I havent done yet.
