Removed from 92 YJ? The snaps along the top of the half doors looks to belong to a 1987 YJ:confused: Didn't the 88 to 95 have a rail?

Thanx for the bump and the info.

FWIW: I don't recall the exact year of the YJ they came off of... I thought it was during the early 90's time frame... but could be wrong... I only know for sure they didn't stay on the vehicle much more than a month (if that) after his G-parents bought him the vehicle as a JuCo grad present, when he went on to a 4-year college. I was related via the ex-wife, and when he went overseas on his first job out of college, we stored his vehicle and a bunch of his belongings for a couple years.

When he came back stateside ('95 or 96 ?) and found himself in the midst of a divorce, I/we ended up with the doors as payment for helping him out with storing and helping selling a bunch of his stuff for him, thinking they would look good on my Jeep. I put them on for a couple days, and decided I liked it better with the full soft doors.:p

Bottom line... After having stored them for the past umpity-ump years, it's high time to clear them out of my storage and let them go to someone who needs/wants them. I've got plenty of other projects to keep me fairly busy for much of the rest of my retirement.;)

:) ;)
