I found a huge mud hole that's off of Scottsdale and the 101 and there's some fun obstacles to play on. Here's the plan, I would like to go Sunday morning and then for lunch head to my house and have a BBQ. I have ping pong table, darts and a pool. kids are totally welcome I have a 4 year old boy so we have tons of toys for them to play with wile we hang out and have a couple of beers.

There were city of scottsdale signs at one time that warned of getting a ticket...of coarse it never seemed to stop anyone;)

If it is the location of the new mall then it is on State Trust Land and all you need is a permit. The state has not leased the land to the developer yet and the mall is to sit on State Trust land.

As I understand it, as I learned watching sale of state (AK mental health trust) trust land in front of our lodge (and we could not afford th $250,000 or so price tag). Fortunately, the land was purchased by the Nature concervency fund (privately funded) and is now deeded as a refuge area :D .

I am not sure who ( I believe it is dept of education ) the trust land belongs to, but people need to be educated as to the intention of trust land: it (/they) is an asset which was alloted to a state entity ( ie. education ) with the intention that it will (at some time) be sold to provide funding to that entity.

I explain it as comparing the asset to a building the state owns.... just because it is state property, does not make it "public" property ( try waltzing into the governers office claiming that it is "public" property ). Like a building , car, or any other asset it can ( and fron inception was inted to ) be sold.
