I have a Kodak Easyshare c315 camera. The problem that I have is the Kodak Easyshare program for that camera. After updating the program I'm having trouble up loading pictures to this and other sites. It won't even let me transfer them to webshots. I have to use the Kodak Gallery which won't work for me because I don't want everyone to see the other albums that are there. SO....what other camera's do you guys use and what program do you use to post pics. Thanks

I had trouble with it once...IIRC, I had to remove the easyshare and reinstall.
If you just remove the program, will windows do it for you? Some do some don't. If it will then upload them to webshots, photobucket, etc.

At some point the pics come off your camera and are stored on your computer. If easyshare does that... that's fine.
You should be able to locate the pictures on your computer without the use of the easyshare program, and when sending them to websites, use THAT location, not the easy share program.
If you cna't find the location (or easyshare doesn't make it easy) then directly after copying some pictures to the computer so a search for files modified in the last few minutes. You will most likely find a bunch of piuctures in grouped directories with a .JPG ending. Those can be uploaded to most sites.

What I had to do is after transfering the pictures from the camera to the computer, I then transfered them from the Kodak program to the picture program on the computer. Only then could I transfer the pictures to the web site, but now it's not even letting me do that. I would like to just get rid of the kodak program all together. It's PITA!!

try clicking on your picture file (right click) a list should come up click choose program then it will open a list with something you should recognize
sometimes a brown out (low current) messes up pc. turn it off and unplug it . this has fixed some weird happenings for me

Windows has it's own app for downloading "files" from attached "devices", so you can ditch the Kodak program and just use Windows (I use it for my Olympus digital). Then just use webshots or photobucket, etc. sites to upload your images to their sites.
