Go to http://www.4x4now.com There are a few clips on that site. Mainly
rollovers though.

Subject: FS: (Off Subject) 17" Monitor - NEW!

First, to stay on the JEEP subject, THANK-YOU to everyone in the group for
helping me out with the Transmission shops. I have found a good one, and I am
just waiting on the check from Chrysler to come in, before I get it fixed.
Until then, the JEEP is on limited driving status.

Second, I have a brand new, 17" monitor for sale. Brand name is CTX, 1280 X
1024 resolution. Model # is PL-7. I bought it for our computer, but it won't
fit in the slot for my monitor, and I don't want to stat cutting my desk
apart. So, since I don't have the receipt, and I don't need store credit, I
am selling it! It is still in the box, never been opened. Cost: $180.00,
delivered to your door via JEEP. If interested, e-mail me directly.

Thanks, and Merry Christmas!

Sorry - sold it this evening to another fellow Jeeper. Also invited him to
join our group, but he has no cpu yet, so maybe when he gets one, he will
join.

Help!!!!! I need front tow hook brackets for my '94 XJ. Used but not abused
please. I would also like the old bolts if you have them for comparison. If
youve got them or know someone who does, drop me a line and we will work
something out!

I wish you all a happy Holidays!

I'm hoping Santa will bring me:

3 inch lift
33 inch tires and wheels
4.10 gears
Lockers front and rear
Slip-Yoke eliminator with CV joint
Wider fender flares
rockcrawler rear bumper with a swingout spare and room for gas cans and a hi-
lift jack,
rockcrawler front bumper with a winch on it
off-road lights
a decent CB like the Cobra WXT-75
a hand throttle
Husky floor mats
oil pan skid plate

Since Santa won't likely bring me anything on this list, show some compassion
and send donations to Dan's Center for Disadvantaged Yet Obsessive Jeep
Owners. This list adds up!

My wife would like you to send donations to The Center for Rehabilitation of
Obsessive Compulsive Jeep Owners.

Look forward to some great off roading next year!

I am sorry to report that Santa did not win the lottery this week so your list will be put on hold with future considerations (very little).
To all I wish you a very Merry Christmas and a safe and happy New Year. I also hope to make a few runs in the near future now that work has calmed down some.

Subject: upcoming trips

Just a reminder that Steve and I will be doing our 2nd Annual New Years Day 4-wheeling trip out in the Florence Junction - Box Canyon area. I think we will be doing Upper Woodpecker Wash. This is a 4.0+ trail. 3/4-mile long, but will take most of the day to complete.

Also, I am planning a trip to the Coke Ovens via Battle Axe Road on Jan 23. All day trip. Suitable for stock vehicles. This road will be re-routed in the near future -- and it just won't be the same. I want to run it a few more times before it goes away.

It looks like we will finally be trying to complete the Flat Tire Canyon Trail in February. This is a neat little trail which I have led twice but had to abort both times due to time constraints and breakdowns. It has a really steep loose hill which may be a problem for vehicles with open diffs or short wheelbases (CJ/TJ/YJ and Samurais).

Happy Holidays,

Hello Linda.

Could you give more details on the Battle Axe Road Trip? That sounds like
an interesting trip.

Thanks,
Jeffrey

Can't make New Years Day (bummer - sounds like a good one), but the 23rd
probably works for me.

Greetings everyone!

So sad I/we can't make it on the New Years run as the TRRs
have a run the same day. I know we could make it to the
Jan. 23 run. Please keep me posted!

I really liked the Christmas Wish List from Dan!

I have only one wish for my Jeep, a set of stock rear
TJ flares, if anyone has some for sale or knows
of anyone that might give them up PLEASE e-mail me!

Looking foreward to many runs with you all in 1999!
Have a safe and Happy Holiday Season!
