7/7/07 - ROC Bday Bash

Gonna toss a huge bash for a couple ROCs having birthdays in July (Yjunk and my GF Belle). Celebrate the 4th of july weekend out at the entrance to Squeeze Roc.

We'll be out there starting early morning Friday the 6th. We're gonna plan on camping there both Friday and Saturday nights.

We're leaving the invite open but also tossing out the disclaimer that there will be drinking involved in the nightly partying so be warned that it might degrade into a non kid friendly environment. Luckily theres a million places to camp out there so you can come for the bash and head off to camp when things get out of hand. This is more of a desert party than anything. We will not be drinking before or while wheeling. Thats a NO NO!

Friday night:
Party
BBQ
Sobe Bombs?

Saturday:
Squeeze run
No limits run (if we get some well equipped rigs that we can watch) Ill roll on the first fall just for fun
Lunch
Scenic run - Rocker Panel?
MOre BBQ
MOre drinking and general rowdiness?

This will be a BYOB/BYOF for the most part. We will bring quite a bit but everyone will have to bring something.

Disclaimer: We're rude and "run people off the road" when we are sober. Think of what jerks and the hilarity that ensues when we arent sober :D Dont say we didnt warn you :D Leave the guns at home. Bring the kids... we can teach them cuss words :D

Yeah definately can set up some drags for this. Id forgotten that Junky ate Joes pride. Maybe he will race the JK instead. Might actually take Junk with two more cylinders :D

Screw the sand drags; I want flexy to race me from widow maker to the entrance of squeeze... now we'll see how big his brass really is!!! Your Nitro aint gonna help ya here...

This should be a good time (and yes it will probably be a little roudy at night), but I hope everyone who can shows up for a while to help me and Belle celebrate...

healll no... the ROC got its start right around this time last year on a squeeze roc run in the middle of the day.. it was about 105 out and we banged all day... And yeah we were the only ones out there!

I'll be bringing some Canopy's for shade and we'll have lots of water too... I dont see me drinking much alchohol before the sun sets... then its on...

i hope its 110* :D Last year junky and i wheeled every week it was 100+. Keeps the trails clear of excess people :D We're not very social anyway haha

Hopefully the water will clear up since itll be so hot. Ill promise you this: If its full... Ill hit it full speed anyway :D then ill roll tryna go around it just for grins!

ROC is our wheeling group. An off shoot of the VJC. There are several of them. We just have a group of guys that we like to wheel with and all have similar ideas of how we want to wheel so we created our own club.

Theres a thread here about other offshoots as well. Theres a smaller group for every type of wheeler.
