land for sale

its time my wife and i start looking for some land to build a house. ill be building it myself. ive been looking for about 1 acre between black canyon city and new river with electricity, and access from a road (no easment). i understand that i may well have to haul water, but thats ok because ill do anything to get out of the city.

sooooo..... anyone have any land, or know of any land for sale in the area?

check out www.homes.com and then do a land search, they usually have a several lots listed. Im looking at building one too up near flag.

Who are you going through for financing? I think Im going to try out one of the construction loans offered by www.cashvaluehomealliance.com
