right now i want to run 35 through maybe 37's tire no bigger, i'm going to move rear end back several inches, i can fit those tires on a 4.5 with fender mods, maybe a little body lift! ext, ext........

my question is!!! do i get full use of a long arm lift at only 4.5 inches?? and is 35 thru 37s with a 6 lift not LCG ???

Go 4.5"lift and 35"tires. Stay away from 37"s unless you plan on doing some axle upgrades. We stock the Rubicon Express kits. They work very well on the Rubicons.:)

I had the same dilemma 3 weeks ago. I also was told over and over keep the CG low. So I went with the 4.5 LA from Nth. (Desertfab sells them).
I don't know about other LA but with the Nth you can do a very simple upgrade from 4.5 to 6 as they keep the same springs. So if I ever do run 55" tires I can move up :p

I just had an RE 4.5 Long Arm done and am extremely happy. There's a lot of guys in the club with this lift. I also took a hard look at the RK 5.5 x-factor kit and there are many here with it as well.

I'm running 315's on the stock Moabs that measure out to around a 34.5. Pics and info om my setup here:

By using spring spacers for the front and rear spring relocators for the rear springs. They add the 1.5" to the 4.5" springs....:)

37's will rub...in the rear, 4.5lift
But hell, Style over Fuction?
37's would look killer...

37s will rub with stock wheels. If he is changing wheels at the same time they wont. He is also probably going to do a comp cut and extend the rear. I do agree with Simon though. time to step up to some alloy axle shafts!!!

Actually I am going from the Nth 6" to the 4.5" next week. there is a 2" spacer in front that I am taking out, but I am getting new 3" springs (the spring relocator takes care of the other 1.5"). I may go back to the 6", but right now it is more than I need.

if you want to move axle back and use a bolt on kit DJ Racing is building a TJ for the new Jeep Speed 2 class. They used a LJ long arm kit. Heres the link, its a really good right up
