Have a '99 Jeep Wrangler TJ with those fabric front & rear seats starting to fall apart.

I bet re-upholstering them is expensive, but would like to hear from members that have done that & cost. And, of those who selected to put seat covers, where did you buy them (4 Wheel Drive hardware seems to have some nice ones), satisfaction?

At least in my case... the cost of re-upholstering was just about the cost of new seats. I opted to get some new aftermarket seats.

The new Replace-a-Top I bought from you last year is great. I will stop by and look into seat covers.

I wish the Bestop seat covers were a little more heavy duty. I got less than two years out of the set I put on a year or two ago....the fabric just starts to split. :( I think it comes from me having to slide down out of the vehicle....kind of pulls on the cover. I suppose I could get a small ladder............NOT! Of course, the passenger seat remains in good condition. I think I'll start selling them on e-bay.:D

Heck, I went to Walmart. For 30 bucks, I got semi-style and machine warshable.(I have to spell it like that because afroman says its pronounced "wash" and not "warsh",so I put an R in warsh.....Thanks!:D I should take a poll.)

I pealed old ones off and put the new ones on...
now it looks just like new.
Just setup an ebay search engine and wait for some to show up.
