Let us know, we are considering taking this on as a new service for our customers.

It'll be a bit before I'm ready, but I plan to have mine bored out (if possible) for 35 spline shafts. If the spindles are to thin to be bored, I plan to have them cut off and have Ford spindles welded on in their place so maybe this is something you guys can handle as well. I know it takes a jig to ensure the new spindles are straight and true with the axle.
We are looking into tooling.. :D just wanna do the market research first..

Dave, my spindles are at 1.6". Do I still need them bored out for 35 spline axel shafts?

I'm going to need to get it done, just not sure if the 60 mile drive is worth it :eek:

Just did my buddies rear Dana 60 FF housing up at S&N fab a few months ago.
Anyway, the tool works sweet put you sure need to put your back into it :eek:
