I know that there is already a thread that has another build but I did want to invade on it with my project. Here is what I have done so far,

This is the Solidworks pic of the assembly. I did the tube work in Bend-Tech Pro then took dimensions into Solidworks

I am using the 2" universal bushings from MORE at all four mounting points.

I just finished my bender and will hopfully have tube in the morning when I start bending I will post some more pics. Please I would like your feed back.

I like it.... what did you use to radius the 1/4" plate for the corners????

I've been thinking of doint something like that for awhile and in "awhile"

I had Mayorgas Welding here in Flag bend them. I just gave them a print (from Solidworks) and they bent it for me. The crossmember and upper brackets are made from 3/16.

that looks sweet.... I wonder if I could the same measurments you did to make the stinger mount...

I designed the entire carrier from looking at PSC and then taking measurements from my CJ. Then I took those and started to design it in Solidworks. From here I took the tube work and inputted it into Bend-Tech Pro for the tube work. My tubeing should have gotten here today so I should be bending by this weekend.

They are not even close to the same.
Now a TJ and YJ are almost the same.
