Jason's company has a web site, couldn't he just post a link to that?
Or once a week or so just post a message here with a link to the
site?
2 cents worth, with change :-)

Hi,
Been looking at 4" lift kits and have narrowed it
down to these possibilities. Super lift, rough
country, and trail master. These are the $500 starter
kits. Does anyone have experience with these. I
would like to know about reliability quality and all
those other things everybody wants to get out of it.
I am also looking for the option to go taller if I
feel the urge and dont want a lot of parts to throw
away if I do. I also plan on going to a full kit when
I get the money and would like to know if anyone has
experience on which would be most economical.

Thanks

Pros:
* increased stability
* more room for disc brakes
* metric tire sizes are more accurate dimensionally

Cons:
* hard to find wheels with correct backspacing (don't know if you care
about this)
* Most LT tires are D-rated instead of C-rated, so be careful

Hello All,

Bob Lynn is leading a FR-42 trail run on Sunday, February 24, 2002.

When: 8:00 meet and greet 8:20 pull out.
Where: BARTLETT DAM PAY STATION
Rating: 3.0+
Length: 3-4 HOURS
CB Channel: 04

I know this is really early for a sunday morning, anyhow, we want to run both halves and probably the rocks if some desire, {I WILL}. I really would like to run it from Horse shoe to Bartlett, doing the trail backwards puts a few new challenges on the trail, though some guys think it is easier. we can decide on sunday. A smooth steady pace is preferred this will enable us to be done by early afternoon.

Hello All,

Nick Gasmena is leading a Raw Deal (Upper) trail run on Friday, February 22, 2002.

When: 6:30PM Friday Night
Where: Meet at the usual "Air Down" spot off of Table Mesa rd and Frontage Rd.
Rating: 4.0+
Length: 2-4hrs
CB Channel: 04

I want to do a night run friday night. I plan on going through lower raw deal, so those of you who dont want that 4.0+ trail, you may still come along. There is a bypass to just watch those who want to do the upper section of raw deal. I have run this trail many times, and I believe that 31" tires, 1 limited slip or better, and some ground clearance would be in nessessary to run this trail with our group.

Those of you going on upper should have 33"+ tires, a 1 locker and 1 limited slip. Ground clearance is nessessary to clear the large boulders.

I hope to see a lot of you out there! I wouldnt mind having a BBQ afterwards if any of you would like to join just for that!

Morning all

I just got a new JC Witney catalog (Jeep addition) yesterday and they
have body and floor panels in there. I think they were $30-$50, what a
deal.

If you want to order one of these catalogs it is catalog # 34J-02.

Hope this helps!

OK! Wow!

Because of all the latest, I've added a catagory to the Classifieds
section called "Vendors."

Vendor advertisements will not be sent to the group e-mail, and they
will be listed on their own page so that they won't overrun member's
postings.

Becuase these items won't be sent to the list, I added an e-mail form
vendors can use to let the list know when they have added some
things. It will say something like:

---------------------
Hello AzVJC,
[Vendor Name] has added some items to the AzVJC website classifieds
that may be of interest to you. To view these items, click here.

- The AzVJC Website
---------------------

To the vendors on the list I hope this is a fair arrangement for
you. Feel free to post as many items as you wish, just make sure to
select "Vendors" from the drop down list. And remember all
classifieds expire in 30 days so it is best that the classifieds be
used to promote specials, limited time offers, sales, etc...

Thanks,

- Mike

only thing left to do is put it in. I also installed the HD 32 spline rear

Hey Jason, the length is going to depend on what tranny and rear axle
you have. I have the manual and 44 rear, my length was 15.5", as
where James T has the auto and the 35, and his was something like
17.75". It is best to wait to measure it though.
