How do you add a little picture to the signature for posts?

Do we even want them there? Makes it very slow for dialup users

Heya,
On the top menu. Click on "user cp" (user control panel).
Then click on options.
At the bottom there is a place to change your "avator" or "little picture".

Hmmm.... Chris is having an empathy attack for modem users.
<grin>
Not me... no empathy on my part...
:)
Honestly though... if it gets to be a problem I can limit file sizes to eliminate the issue.

How big can a 50 pixel by 50 pixel image be? Not enough to cause a problem...Oh wait, I'm thinking about the avatars...Nevermind.:confused:

If you go to user cp there is an option to turn off or on peoples sigs while viewing posts. It really is dial-up friendly.

Or you can choose to show/not show avatars and or sigs. No problems for dialup users.
The avatar size needs to be changed. 50x50 pixels is not worth having as it is just to small. Check mine for instance.

Most BBS I use have a 66x66 limit. Just big enough I think.
