WJ Grand Cherokee

I am looking to buy another WJ. Let me know if anyone has a lead on one similar to these specs.

99-02 WJ Limited (no Laredo models)
4.7 V8
Tow pkg. preferred
Upcountry preferred (skid plates and tow hooks)
No sunroof preferred
120K or less

I have seen a couple on Craigslist and Autotrader... but haven't bitten on any of them yet.
