Hey i have another nooby question but anyhow here it goes; I have an XJ and i was wondering if a dana 35 shaft can be used on either the passenger or driver side because the pumpkin seems to be centered on the housing... As always i appreciate the tolerance for my questions and any help! :D

Sorry, no. There is about a 2" difference in length. FYI, the driver's side is usually the first one to go, as it is the slightly longer one.

I had to take my axle shafts out a lil bit to put in the locker to remove the carrier oviously and sure enough i had to take those darn clips off to slide the axle out...

Are you talking about the snap ring on the 30 shaft or a c clip? I'm confused now.
