4 Wheelers Supply has what you need. They have a thread in here somewhere with pics of the spindle assembly they sell.

This is what I used. Come straight from a trailer axle. All rebuild parts are easy to come by, not that you would ever wear the bearings out.

Don't know what 4Wheelers is like or the price, so look into both. You can also get latches from them. Or Granger has the same. That's where I got mine.

You could also send a message to Mike Baney (jeepin_in_az) and ask him what he used... He had built quite a few swing away bumpers including the one on my jeep... and its held up great so far.
Mike used solid stock sleaved with Dom and ported with greese zerk for lubrication..

Get hold of Simon down at 4wd Supply [602-273-7195, e mail: simon@4wheelers.com ] that sell all that stuff and have it in stock.
I used a 3/4", grade 8 bolt and sleeved it with 3/4"id DOM tubing. It works great.
