Is there a Jeep Jamboree this year? If so where and when will it be?


BTW... My jeep is almost back together. Found that the heads were cracked between the valves on the water jacket. So swapped them and cleaned the engine exteranlly and removed the freeze plugs and flushed the block, had the injectors cleaned. Many new gaskets and some heartache later, we should be reinstalling the engine this Sat. Wish me well.

I was under the impression that JJ was usually held at Florance Junction? I just checked the website and it looks like their only going to AZ once (Canyon de Chelly).

Jeep Jamboree USA puts on jamborees around the nation. However, I suspect the jamboree that was being referred to by the originator of this thread was the annual jamboree put on by the Arizona State Association of 4 Wheel Drive Clubs (ASA4WDC). ASA4WDC stopped having jamborees a couple years ago due to a number of issues. I have not heard anything about them having another jamboree. Maybe check the ASA4WDC website (http://www.asa4wdc.org/).
